AFFILIATE
AGENT
This type of agent account earns
$20.00 per referral PLUS 10% commission on
the month subscription of his referred customer.
1. There must be a minimum of five (5)
signups over any period before one can be
considered an Affiliate
Agent. Any signup below 5, the
agent will be classified as a Referral
Agent..See below.
2. Independent
agent agrees to market these programs as an
exclusive agent of NTVL.
3. Agent agrees
not to make any attempt to circumvent these
relationships in any way that would bring harm,
damages, or financial losses to NTVL.
4. Agent does not
necessarily have to have a personal calling plan
account with NTVL.
5. Agent MUST
signup at least one customer per
calendar month in order to remain
active.
6.
Agent Commission will be suspended if the "One
Customer Calendar per month is not Achieved.
If the Agent does not make up the difference by
the end of the next calendar month, then the Agent
will be deemed inactive and such account will be
relegated to Referral Agent Account.
7. NTVL agrees to
pay an active affiliate agent on a
commission basis only. Affiliate agent is paid a
10% commission on the monthly
subscription paid by the service accounts
plus a one-time dollar amount of USD 20.00
for each new referral.
8. NTVL agrees to
supply the agent via Email a detailed commission
statement.
9. NTVL will make commission payment by
PayPal or Bank Lodgment if the commission is
25.00 or more. Commission can also be applied to
the agent personal NTVL VOIP phone account
balance if the agent has an account .
10. All expenses
that agent may incur in connection with
acquiring customers are the responsibility of
the independent agent. NTVL will issue a 1099
tax statement for all US agents who earn in
excess of $600.00 a year in income.
REFERRAL AGENT
This type of agent account earns
$10.00 per referral.
(no monthly commission is
paid on subscription)
1. No minimum signups required.
2. Referral agent agrees to market these
programs as an independent agent of NTVL.
3. Referral Agent
agrees not to make any attempt to circumvent
these relationships in any way that would bring
harm, damages, or financial losses to NTVL.

account with NTVL
5. Referral Agent becomes an
Affiliate Agent automatically after signing up
5 (five) Customers over any period.
6. NTVL agrees to
pay Referral Agent a one-time dollar amount of (USD)
10.00 for each new paid up referral.
7. NTVL agrees to
supply the agent via Email a detailed commission
statement.
8. NTVL will make
commission payment by PayPal or Bank Lodgment if
the commission is 25.00 or more. Commission can
also be applied to the agent personal NTVL VOIP
phone account balance if the agent has an
account .
General Rules
(Applicable to Both Agent Types)
1. NTVL may
cancel this agreement at any time if independent
agent is found to be guilty of “slamming” a
customer’s long distance service. Agent will not
be given the customer’s NTVL
2. Account
information except Name and contact information. NTVL will be held harmless from any loss, cost,
damage, expense or liability that occurs due to
independent agent’s violation of this clause in
the agreement.
3. This agreement
and all questions as to its interpretation,
performance, enforcement and the rights and
remedies of the concerned parties are governed
by the laws of the State of Florida and is
binding on both parties.
4. The parties agree that any legal action
arising from this agreement and relationship
shall be submitted to a Florida arbitrator in
the state of Florida.
5. This agreement
will endure for a period of 1 year, subject to
an automatic renewal.
6. Agent residual
income in NTVL may NOT be passed on to any
family members or heirs.
7. NTVL reserves
the rights to alter this agreement from time to
time.
8. All print and
media-related advertising or interviews must be
pre-approved by NTVL.
9. Agent agrees
not to interfere with NTVL’s current advertising
efforts by competing in the same existing
publications unless otherwise consented to by
NTVL.
